Master's Message October 2016
Greetings Brethren,
I hope everyone is doing well and preparing for the upcoming holiday season which will soon be upon us. We also have a very busy schedule over the next few months to include the Fellow Craft and Master Mason degrees, as well as our annual Christmas Dinner. Just this past weekend we had our Comedy Night put on by Funny4Funds and I believe the night was a great success. I want to thank everyone who helped put this event together and support the event either by buying tickets, sponsorships, and/or raffle donations. While I am so thankful for everyone who made the night a success, I would like to take a moment to acknowledge Brother Mars Bishop for all that he did to support the event. I feel that Brother Bishop went above and beyond supporting this event and it was absolutely appreciated by me. Mars, your generosity and support for the cause was truly inspirational. Thank you so much!
As I wind down the next few months of my term as Master of the Lodge, I continue to be so appreciative and impressed by the good work that our brethren do. Becoming a member of this Lodge has truly been one of the most satisfying and humbling things that I have ever done and I thank all of you for your guidance and friendship.
In closing, I’ll finish with another quote that I think reflects the generosity of Freemason’s everywhere:“
To the world you may be one person, but to one person you may be the world.” - Bill Wilson
Fraternally,
