Brethren,
I pray this notice finds you and your families safe and well after the recent blizzard that swept through Rhode Island. The heavy snowfall and hazardous road conditions created significant challenges across our state, from power outages to difficult travel throughout the state. I trust that each of you weathered the storm safely.
Between managing the aftermath of the storm and several necessary visits to my doctors, I regret that I failed to transmit this notice to our Brother Secretary in a timely fashion. I appreciate your understanding and patience.
At our upcoming Communication, the Lodge will open at 6:00 PM, as we have been recently.
The agenda for the evening will include:
- Confirming and assigning all officer parts for the upcoming Entered Apprentice Degree.
- Possibly receiving our Most Worshipful Grand Master.
- Establishing a clear and disciplined rehearsal schedule to ensure excellence in our degree work.
Following our brief business meeting, we will retire to dinner at Dragon of Riverside, where reservations have been arranged by our Brother Senior Steward.
Brethren, let us approach this month's labors with renewed focus and unity, striving always to uphold the dignity and high standards of our Lodge and the Grand Lodge of Rhode Island.
