Master's Message December 2014

Brethren,

Let me start by congratulating our own Raymond E. Hassell, R:.W:. Deputy Grand Master on his election to the Grand East. Also our newest affiliate member, R:. W:. Douglas J. Grant on his appointment as District Deputy for the Southern District, as well as W:. Edward Kdonian for his election to the Board of Managers for the Grand Lodge Charities. We wish all three success in their future endeavors. The December meeting we were scheduled to confer the EA degree on the three  Mowery Brothers. There has been a slight change of plans. We are going to read two more applications for the degrees of Freemasonry at our December meeting . Our secretary, W:. Ed Kdonian , sent a letter to Grand Lodge, asking for permission to vote and obligate the two additional candidates on the special meeting night. Making a class of five candidates for our special meeting night, which will be held on December 30th at 5:30PM. Brethren, please make an effort to attend the on the 30th of December. Come out and support the line officers and the candidates. Remember, it makes a considerable impression on the candidates when the sidelines are full.

I would like at this time to wish all the Brethren a very Merry Christmas and a Happy and Healthy New Year. Also to our non-Christion Brethren, a Happy Hanukkah.

Brethren, the date for Adelphoi Lodge Christmas Party is Sunday December14th. At the Imperial Room One Rhodes Place Cranston, RI. Social hour 4:00PM and Dinner at 5:00PM. Please call the Senior Steward, with your reservation. Meal choice are Swordfish or Filet Mignon.

Hope to see many of Brethren and their Ladies present.
